A Ballina Manor Hotel Gift Voucher is a fabulous gift idea for any occasion, here are the terms of use:

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.
• Our Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 5 years from date of purchase, and bookings must be made within this period. Gift Vouchers are for one use only.
• Accommodation Gift vouchers are only valid for the period of the promotion as stated in the voucher offer must be redeemed before the expiry date, it is not possible to redeem the voucher after the offer expiry date.
• All room allocations are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The orIginal Gift Voucher must be presented upon check-in. If the voucher cannot be produced upon check-in, then payment must be made for the accommodation booked. In this instance the voucher can be used at a future date (before the expiry date).
• Should the total spend be more than the value of the Gift Voucher, Ballina Manor Hotel will invoice for the difference and this must be paid as per the booking terms and conditions.
• Gift Vouchers are not valid for deposits for group bookings, group meetings or catering functions.
• Gift Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed, photocopied or altered in any way and will not be accepted by Ballina Manor Hotel or be otherwise redeemable.
• Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. No change will be given however we will issue a credit on the unused portion of the Voucher.
